Your booking rules, written down.
Your deposit, reschedule and no-show words, in your voice — not nine different DM replies. $29.
Before · the artist’s notes
“I lose two sittings a week to no-shows. Deposit’s $100, comes off the final price, gone if you ghost — but it lives in nine different DM replies and I keep typing it again. 48 hours to move a date, one move, after that the deposit’s used. 15 minutes late and the day gets redrawn. Books open the 1st, DM only…”
After · the pack
Deposits
A $100 deposit holds your date and comes off the final price. It isn’t refunded if you cancel or stop replying — it’s what keeps the chair yours.
Moving a date
Tell me 48 hours ahead and your deposit moves with you, once. Inside 48 hours, or a second move, takes a new deposit.
Questions for the artist
Does the deposit move for a same-week illness, or is that inside the window? One line either way.

Three steps.
Send the brain-dump
Everything you already type to clients one DM at a time, however rough: your deposit and how it’s paid, what it comes off, when it’s kept, your reschedule window, the no-show rule you’re done bending, the late rule, how books open, what a booking request has to include. The rant is exactly right.
We write the pack
Within two days after payment: the booking page, the deposit policy, the reschedule and no-show rules, the booking-request questions and the reply set — in your voice, firm where you’re firm, with the fair flip side you named. Every amount, window and rule is one you gave; whatever your notes left open comes back as a numbered question, not a guess.
Pin it once, point at it forever
A Word file you can edit, a text file and a PDF proof. Paste it into your link-in-bio page, pin it on your profile, tape it by the counter — and answer the next “what’s your deposit?” with one link. One free round of changes within a week.
One pack. One price.
$29 US · £24 UK (VAT included) · C$39 Canada · A$45 Australia
- The booking page: how to book you, one clean page for your link-in-bio, site or pinned post
- The deposit policy: amount, how it’s paid, what it comes off, when it’s kept — exactly as you stated it
- The reschedule & no-show rules: your notice window, how many moves, the late rule — never stricter than you said
- The booking-request questions: what every client answers before you hold a date
- The reply set: the deposit ask, the confirm, the reschedule reply, the no-show note, the books-closed reply
- The tidy list, and what your notes left open as numbered questions
Templates for this sell on Etsy at $2–$25 — and still leave you doing the writing. This is the written-for-you version, from your own notes.

Three questions.
What exactly do I get?
One artist’s booking and deposit pack, within two days after payment, as a Word file you can edit, a text file and a PDF proof (Letter for the US and Canada, A4 for the UK and Australia): the booking page (how to book you, as one clean page), the deposit policy (amount, how it’s paid, what it comes off, when it’s kept — exactly as you stated it), the reschedule and no-show rules, the booking-request questions and the reply set (the deposit ask, the confirm, the reschedule reply, the no-show note, the books-closed reply). With it: a list of what we tidied or kept out and why, and a numbered list of what your notes left open. One free round of changes within a week.
Will you invent a rule, an amount or a window?
No. Every amount, window, percentage and rule in the pack is one you gave; where your notes leave something open, the pack takes the plainest reading and lists it as a question for you. We never write you a stricter deposit or reschedule rule than the one you stated, and never add a style, service or claim you didn’t name.
Is this a contract, a consent form or legal advice?
No. This is your booking, deposit and reschedule wording, written and ordered — not a contract, not a consent or waiver form and not legal or medical advice. Consent and waiver forms stay your own documents, and aftercare is left out on purpose — those words are between you, your client and your local rules. One artist or shop per order; a second brand is a second order, and we say so before you pay.
